Option 1

Straight out the bag

The mix is made for PVA, so the simplest option is to use it dry.

  1. Fill your bag or stick and pack it tight.
  2. Nick the corners off your solid bag so it sits flat.
  3. Match the hookbait to the mix, such as a Live System wafter.
  • It has roasted peanut chops. Loads of fisheries ban nuts, so check first.
  • Water and water-based liquids melt PVA. Only add oils or liquids labelled PVA-friendly.

Option 2

A touch of PVA-friendly oil

A little oil helps the mix bind and gives off a slick as it breaks down.

  1. Add a small splash of a PVA-safe oil and mix it well.
  2. Leave it a few minutes, then test a bag in a cup of water at home first.
  3. In warmer water you can use a little more.

Option 3

Keep it all Live System
