We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we want to fix it quickly and openly.
How to report a mistake
Use the contact form and tell us the page, what's wrong and, if you can, a source. Venue owners can also claim their listing to keep details current.
What happens next
- We check the report against official or primary sources.
- If it's wrong, we fix it and update the page's checked date.
- Significant corrections to facts, rules or safety advice are noted on the page.
- If we can't confirm it either way, we say the detail is unverified rather than guess.
What we won't do
We won't change a score or verdict because someone paid or asked nicely. Corrections are about facts.
