Do I need a card for free membership?
No. Free accounts and free claims never ask for a card.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with 7 days free. You add a card at the start so the membership can carry on afterwards, but you pay £0 today. If you don't cancel, the monthly price is taken when the trial ends.
Can I cancel straight away?
Yes — there's a Cancel trial button right on your dashboard. You keep the paid features until the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I change plan?
Right now, to switch plan you cancel the current one and start the other. We'll add one-tap switching later. Monthly plans have no minimum term.
Does paying verify my shop?
No. Verification is a separate check we do by hand, it's free, and paying never speeds it up or replaces it.
Will a paid plan push me up the listings?
No hidden boosts. If a featured spot is ever shown it's clearly labelled as featured, and normal results stay in their normal order.
