Who it suits

Is it right for you?

Great for

  • Anglers doing multi-night carp or coarse sessions. There’s loads of room for a bedchair, luggage and the bits you need when you’re properly set up.
  • Anyone wanting an inner sleeping capsule included. The supplied mesh capsule gives you a more enclosed, organised sleeping area without buying that part separately.

Maybe skip if

  • Roamers and short-session anglers. The weight and long pack-down length can be a faff when you’re moving swims regularly.
  • Anglers fishing cramped swims. The wide, deep footprint needs a good amount of flat bank space and won’t squeeze into every swim.

Quick verdict

A cracking big-water shelter, if you can handle the bulk

The Nash Titan T2 Pro is aimed at anglers who want proper room on the bank rather than a compact overnighter. Its tall profile, generous footprint and included inner mesh capsule make it a comfortable home for longer sessions and changeable weather.

The trade-off is obvious: at 21kg with the inner capsule and storm poles, it’s no lightweight. But if you’re settled into a swim for a few nights, or need space for kit, cooking and a bit of shelter from the elements, this is a very capable Titan.

The full rundown

Everything you'll want to know about the Nash Titan T2 Pro

The Nash Titan T2 Pro is not a little pop-up shelter for squeezing into a snaggy corner. This is a full-on base camp job. Big footprint, proper headroom and enough room inside to stop your longer sessions feeling like you’re living in a kit bag. If you like getting settled and staying put, it’s right in that wheelhouse.

At 193cm high, it gives you a genuinely tall interior. The door itself is 168cm high, so getting in and out should feel far less like an awkward morning wrestle than it does with a low-profile bivvy. That extra height matters when you’re changing clothes, sorting tackle or simply trying to stand up without clouting your napper.

The footprint is where the Titan T2 Pro really earns its name. It measures 348cm wide by 318cm deep, giving you a sizeable living area for a bedchair, luggage, cook kit and all the other gubbins that somehow appear after two nights on the bank. You’ll still want to pitch sensibly, but you’re not forced to stack everything on top of everything else.

The supplied inner mesh capsule is a proper bonus. Its internal dimensions are 183cm high by 330cm wide by 300cm deep, so it uses most of that available space while creating a more enclosed sleeping area. It’s especially useful when insects are lively, and it gives the inside a tidier, more settled feel for longer stays.

The outer is made from 420D PU-coated blackout nylon. That gives the shelter a robust, weather-focused construction, while the blackout finish helps keep the interior darker during bright mornings. Handy when the carp have finally started fizzing at first light and you’re trying to squeeze another hour out of the kip.

Up front, you get storm and mosquito panels with elastic tie-backs. That means you can open the front right up when the weather behaves, close it down when the rain starts hammering in, or keep the insect panel in play when the mozzies are on the munch. It’s a versatile arrangement rather than a one-setting shelter.

The two storm poles and supplied tension bar help support the larger structure, and Nash T pegs are included so you’re not immediately raiding the tackle box for extras. The camo-trim carry bag keeps the package together, although the packed length of 174cm is still a serious consideration. Measure your vehicle and check your barrow before buying, mate.

There are also twin magnetic rod-retaining straps on the front. They’re a dead handy touch when your rods are outside and you need to keep them secure while you’re ducking in or out, sorting a rig or grabbing the net. It’s a small feature, but these are the bits that make a big shelter less faffy in a busy swim.

The downside is the weight. At 21kg including the inner mesh capsule and storm poles, this isn’t something you’ll fancy hauling halfway round a huge complex unless the barrow is loaded sensibly. Without the capsule, the bivvy is 15.5kg, and the optional HD groundsheet adds another 3.8kg. So, this is best viewed as a comfortable, properly equipped home for settled sessions — not a lightweight roamer’s shelter.

Our take

Why the T2 Pro makes sense for longer sessions

The big draw is the combination of scale and practicality. You get a 193cm height, a 348cm width and a 318cm depth, so there’s room to move around without feeling boxed in. The inner mesh capsule adds a more protected sleeping area, while the blackout 420D PU-coated nylon outer helps keep things darker and more comfortable.

It’s not the sort of shelter you throw on the barrow for a quick few-hour evening unless your swim is very close. This is more about settling in properly, keeping your kit organised and having a dependable base when the weather turns a bit lively.

The shelter itself

Big, tall and built to stay put

The Titan T2 Pro is all about usable space. Its 348cm width and 318cm depth give you room to organise your session properly, while the 193cm height makes moving around inside far easier. The 168cm door height is another welcome touch when you’re coming and going in wet weather.

The 420D PU-coated blackout nylon outer is paired with storm and mosquito front panels. Tie the panels back for airflow, close them down when the weather turns, or use the mosquito side when the little flying villains are out. Twin magnetic rod-retaining straps add a useful bit of bank-side organisation.

Worth knowing. The listed 21kg weight includes the inner mesh capsule and storm poles. Add the optional 3.8kg HD groundsheet and your bedding, rods and tackle, and this becomes a proper barrow load rather than a casual shoulder carry.

Best session fit

For anglers who like to get comfortable

This is a strong choice for multi-night carp sessions, long weekends and anglers who want a shelter that feels more like a base than a bivvy you merely sleep in. The included capsule is particularly useful when you want a defined sleeping area and a bit more protection from insects.

It also suits anglers who carry plenty of kit. There’s enough internal volume to keep luggage, clothing and session essentials organised rather than strewn across the bedchair. That can make a big difference when the rods are off and you need to get out quickly for a screaming take.

Worth knowing. Before you commit, check your swim dimensions. The Titan T2 Pro needs a broad, reasonably level pitch. On a cramped platform, narrow margin or tight snaggy swim, its size could become more hindrance than help.

The questions that matter

A few things to clear up

Does the inner capsule come included? Yes. One inner mesh capsule is supplied, alongside two storm poles, one tension bar, Nash T pegs and a camo-trim carry bag.

Can you use it without the capsule? Yes. The bivvy weight without the inner mesh capsule is listed as 15.5kg. Removing the capsule gives you more open internal space, but you lose the enclosed sleeping area.

Is the groundsheet included? The optional HD groundsheet is separate and weighs 3.8kg. Factor that in if you want a more protected floor setup for longer or wetter sessions.
